Website operators and inquiry management
Zmont is a brand of Ningbo Zeming International Industry & Trade Co., Ltd. (宁波泽铭国际工贸有限公司). The website is jointly operated with Hangzhou Jinxiao Shuke Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd (杭州金霄数科智能科技有限公司). Ningbo Zeming handles commercial communication and PCB/PCBA project coordination. Hangzhou Jinxiao Shuke manages the website technology, inquiry system and inquiry data. Contact the operating team, including for personal-data requests, at zmontsales@aurixlabs.cn. Information we process
An inquiry includes your name, email address and project requirements, together with any company, telephone number, country or region and preferred contact method you provide. Selecting telephone or WhatsApp contact requires the relevant number. We also record the page language, inquiry source, submission and privacy-acknowledgement times, inquiry reference, and necessary processing and email statuses. These records help us identify and handle your inquiry. The current website does not accept file uploads. Please provide only information needed for the discussion and that you are entitled to share.
Uses and access
The operating team uses inquiry information to answer questions, clarify requirements, coordinate engineering assessment and quotations, follow up projects, maintain business correspondence, prevent abusive submissions and investigate service failures. Inquiries enter the system managed by the technology company, and relevant commercial staff receive notices through the sales mailbox. Where an engineering or manufacturing partner needs to participate, the required information and its recipients will be addressed in the project discussion. The website inquiry workflow does not automatically distribute your submission to other partner businesses or subscribe you to marketing emails.

We use third-party services to support website operations, email communication and security. These providers process contact details, email content, and access or device information needed for their services. Some information may be processed outside your country or region.
Storage and administrator-managed deletion
We retain inquiries as long-term customer and project correspondence records. The system has no uniform automatic expiry period and does not delete inquiries based on their age. Authorized administrators handle deletion, including verified personal-data requests and cleanup required by applicable requirements. Retention must remain consistent with its business purposes and applicable requirements. Notification emails, correspondence and backups are handled separately by their administrators; deleting an inquiry record does not mean that every copy has also been deleted.
Your requests and contact details
You may contact zmontsales@aurixlabs.cn to ask about, access, correct or delete information relating to you, object to its use, or withdraw relevant consent. Include your inquiry reference or the email address used for contact, without sending unnecessary sensitive information. The operating team will verify the request and identity as appropriate, and authorized administrators will handle it under applicable requirements. You may also discuss your project directly by email. Necessary business records, legal obligations or dispute-handling requirements may affect the scope of a request; our reply will explain the relevant position.
Language preferences and updates
When you change the website language, a language-preference cookie remembers your choice for up to one year. You can remove it through your browser or open a language-specific page directly. Security services may use necessary cookies or similar technologies. This page will show the notice version and effective date. Material changes to processing purposes or methods will be communicated as required.
