Quality

Quality starts with agreed requirements.

Define the checks, acceptance criteria and delivery records for your actual PCB or PCBA project.

Source product photograph; not factory or inspection evidence. Confirm the record type and coverage before relying on it for a project.

Agree what will be checked.

Confirm the board revision, prototype objectives, inspection stages and applicable programming or functional checks. Identify who confirms acceptance and which records are needed.

Keep the records connected to the build.

Agree material identification, traceability coverage, issue handling and shipment confirmation. Inspection reports and certifications must relate to the actual supplier and project; their availability is confirmed for the agreed scope.
