These terms cover browsing and submitting inquiries through zmont.net. Zmont is a brand of Ningbo Zeming International Industry & Trade Co., Ltd. The website is jointly operated with Hangzhou Jinxiao Shuke Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd, which manages its technology and inquiry data. The contracting entity and each party’s project responsibilities are defined in the relevant written project documents.
PCB and PCBA discussions
The website describes requirements clarification, design support, and engineering and manufacturing coordination for PCB and PCBA projects. Discussions may begin with product functions, intended applications and specifications; a complete BOM is not required to start. Design, sourcing, manufacturing and testing are performed by the teams or partners assigned to the project. Website material does not establish ownership of a factory or promise particular certifications, capacity or delivery dates.
Inquiries, quotations and orders
Submitting the form or receiving an automated receipt confirms that an inquiry has been received. It does not establish a final quotation, purchase order or production approval. Price, quantity, specifications, payment, delivery, acceptance, warranty and other commercial conditions follow the written quotation, order or contract agreed by the parties. Applicable design, technical and production confirmations are still required before manufacturing begins.
