01 / Agree the requirements.
The customer explains the intended use, essential functions and known specifications. Zmont organizes clarification with the factory engineering team. Open questions are recorded before they become design assumptions.
02 / Define the work and quotation.
The engineering team assesses the requirements and proposes the work involved. Zmont coordinates the quotation and confirms scope with the customer. Design, prototype and production work can be priced in stages; each quotation should identify its assumptions and outputs.
03 / Develop and review the design.
The factory engineering team performs the agreed design work. An applicable BOM and manufacturing information can be developed during this stage. The parties confirm key design decisions, changes and the outputs needed for the next build.
04 / Build and review samples.
Where agreed, Zmont coordinates materials and a prototype or initial build. The specified checks help assess the boards against requirements and identify changes before further production. Test coverage and acceptance criteria are defined for the project.
05 / Confirm production and delivery.
Confirm the design revision, quantities, production quotation, checks and delivery requirements. Zmont coordinates supply and manufacturing handoffs, brings changes back for confirmation and organizes the agreed board delivery.
Who handles what?
