PCB + PCBA design

Your requirements. A board designed around them.

Tell us what the board needs to do. We coordinate factory engineering teams to develop the design, prepare a quotation and plan the next build. A complete BOM is not required to begin.

Start with the function.

Explain the intended use, required functions and known constraints. Power requirements, interfaces, size limits, operating conditions and expected quantities help the engineering team assess the work.

You do not need to choose every component or complete a schematic first. Identify anything undecided as an open question; we help clarify it with the factory engineering team.

From a brief to a build.

Zmont coordinates the work between you, the factory engineering team and the supply partners. The engineering team carries out the agreed design work.

  1. Clarify requirements and record open questions.
  2. Agree the proposed design scope, assumptions and quotation.
  3. Coordinate design work and the agreed engineering outputs.
  4. Organize prototypes and review where included in the project.
  5. Carry the confirmed design into sourcing and manufacturing.

Define the design package.

Agree which design files, applicable BOM, manufacturing information, samples and verification work will be delivered. Firmware, tooling, source-file handover and intellectual-property arrangements are confirmed explicitly where relevant.

A clear requirements brief allows the factory team to assess the work and prepare a quotation. Design, prototype and production pricing can be confirmed in stages as the scope becomes defined.

A useful first note is enough.

Describe the application, main functions, key specifications and expected quantities in the contact form. Mention any specifications, drawings or references you already have; file transfer can be agreed during follow-up.

This service leads toward bare PCB or assembled PCBA board delivery, with the supporting work agreed for your project.
