Define the board you need.
For bare PCBs, agree the fabrication requirements and delivery scope. For assembled PCBA boards, also define component sourcing, assembly and any programming or testing required.
The quotation identifies which activities are included and who is responsible. A suitable existing design can go directly into manufacturing review without commissioning new design work.
One point of coordination.
We connect engineering, material suppliers and manufacturing partners. Design changes, component alternatives and open production questions are brought back for the appropriate confirmation before the affected work proceeds.
- Review the design package and agree the production scope.
- Confirm quantities, materials, quotation and required checks.
- Coordinate samples or an initial build where agreed.
- Organize the confirmed fabrication and assembly work.
- Coordinate the agreed inspection records and board delivery.
Start at your current stage.
Describe the revision and status of your design and the quantities you need. For existing assembly designs, useful files can include fabrication data, a BOM, placement information and assembly instructions. We agree the required package for the actual build.
If you only have requirements, start with our design service. Design files and an applicable BOM can be developed through that work.
Agree how the boards are accepted.
Confirm the board revision, inspection stages, functional checks where applicable, acceptance criteria and required records before the relevant work starts.
Firmware, test fixtures, inspection coverage, packaging and delivery arrangements are project-specific. The quotation defines the board delivery and included supporting work.
